A-Level, or also known as GCE Advanced Level is a pre-university programme offered in Malaysia based on the United Kingdom (UK) education system. You can take this course after completing your Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and before taking a course at a public or private university. A-Level programme is usually offered at private colleges and selected MARA colleges around Malaysia including INTEC Education College, based in Shah Alam, Selangor. New student intake for this programme is in January and July.
The duration of the A-Level programme at INTEC is betwen 1.5 years to 2 years depending on the study area of your choice. Students are encouraged to take at least 3 subjects to pass the programme requirements. Some of the subjects offered are as follows:

- Foundation programmes can be limited to certain courses at some universities, but A-Level enables you to pursue a variety of undergraduate degrees. Not only that, while Foundation programme requires you to divide your time for 5 or 6 subjects, A-Level allows you to focus on minimal subjects and deeply master each subject.

Activities at INTEC Education College
Apart from focusing on learning, INTEC also organise various interesting activities for students in each recruitment session to provide students with more Education system exposure. Among the activities that have taken place are Road to UK and Champion in Cambridge.
Road to UK
This programme is intended as a platform for INTEC alumni to share their experiences with new students. This programme exposes the students with the expectations of studying in foreign countries to prepare them physically, mentally, and spiritually in facing the challenges based on the alumni’s first-hand experiences.
Through this programme, students can also make preliminary preparations from the psychological aspect and understand the idea of living and studying abroad in the future.
Champion in Cambridge
This programme is a workshop for lecturers and alumni to help students prepare for exams, especially regarding technical preparation.
This programme aims to provide students with important strategies and manuals to tackle external exams and guidance to solve any encountered challenges.
Students will also be exposed to key ideas that will be used in future internal and external exams.
